We are proud to count Princesse tam.tam and Comptoir des Cotonniers, acquired by Fast Retailing in 2005, as Bayretail success stories.

Founded in 1985, Princesse tam.tam is a French company specializing in lingerie and corsetry, home wear and swimwear. In need of a solution that would allow them to always be able to sell the right lingerie sets to their customers and no longer be limited by in-store inventory, they turned to Bayretail.

A French company founded in 1995, Comptoir des Cotonniers specializes in high-end ready-to-wear clothing. They were seeking a solution that would enable their associates to better address their customers by drawing inspiration from luxury clienteling, and found it with Bayretail.

Achievements

Fast Retailing has successfully deployed the Bayretail Store App for Salesforce Commerce Cloud, giving associates a comprehensive view of customers, products and inventory.

• Associates can now scan a barcode to see if a product is available online, access all customer information including available promotions, and place orders for customers.
• Additionally, with the Clienteling Campaign module, associates can now perform targeted clienteling activities for selected customers.
